Finalmente ci siamo! Ho aspettato a lungo di pubblicare la mia trentesima ricetta prima di diffondere questo blog.
Ho raccolto delle ricette più o meno complicate con un unico fattore comune: sono prive di materie prime animali, in linea con la dieta vegetariana che seguo ormai da oltre 2 anni. Ho infatti eliminato il consumo di carne e pesce per pure ragioni salutistiche, mentre continuo ancora a consumare uova e prodotti caseari, seppur non in maniera eccessiva (per semplice preferenza personale).
